  1. Each registration covers the inclusion of one accepted paper in the official conference proceedings. To ensure the integrity of the publication, please be advised that only papers with a completed full payment will be processed for submission to the IEEE.
  2. For those registering under the student category, proof of active student status is required and must be uploaded during the registration process. This requirement can be fulfilled by providing either a valid student identification card or an official letter from the respective institution or university confirming current enrollment.
